Tiny Beyonce tiny puppy, big message
About Tiny Beyonce
Beyonce, "The World's Smallest Puppy," wants to thank everybody for giving her international attention over the last several weeks! She was born on March 8th, 2012 and could fit into a spoon. At first, she had no heartbeat and was not breathing. Fortunately, Dr. Michael Russell and Beth DeCaprio of The Grace Foundation of Northern California were on the scene to perform heart compressions and resuscitate her. She sprung to life and they declared, "This miracle pup is a survivor, she's going to make it." Hence, she received her name: Beyonce, for the song "I am a survivor" and to give her a strong role model to look up to. Help Tiny Beyonce Save Lives
Since her birth, Beyonce has become an ambassador for rescue dogs everywhere and has brought much needed attention to the plight of these dogs. This amazing little girl has put a face on the struggles that shelter dogs must face. Although some of them, like Beyonce and her family, are lucky enough to be rescued and find loving homes, millions more are euthanized every year. It is our hope that Beyonce will encourage people throughout the country to spay and neuter their pets and to adopt these rescue dogs, who are truly on their last chance at life.
