Volunteer Application

Online Application: If you have your own email address, please complete the first page of the application online. This will assist us by putting your primary information into our data base. Print it out to bring with you to orientation. Use the small print button on the right side of the webpage to ensure the form prints correctly. Continue on to print out the three release forms below for your complete 4 page application. Parents: Be sure you sign parental permission for children 18 and under.

A Paper Application should be completed by hand for anyone not having their own email address. Please use the link below to download the complete 4 page application. For each person attending print and fill out all 4 pages to bring with you to orientation.

 Orientations are held the first Saturday of each month.  Please go to the Events page and RSVP for an orientation. By submitting an RSVP, it helps us get an idea of how many people to expect for each orientation. Parents: Be sure you sign parental permission for children 18 and under.

For each person bring 4 pages with you to Orientation. You should have the following:

•  The 1 page Volunteer Application (filled out by hand or printed from the online application).
  
• Release of  Liability  
  
• Photo Release.  
  
• Emergency Medical Release

RSVP: After completing the online Volunteer Application, please go to the Events page and RSVP for the date you plan to attend orientation. By submitting an RSVP, it helps us get an idea of how many people to expect for each orientation.
